Employers Have Not Been Conducting The Annual Training?
Employers sponsoring under the 457 and 186 visa scheme are required to meet a number of requirements before they can sponsor a foreign skilled worker on a full-time basis. One such requirement is the need to demonstrate their contribution and commitment to the training of Australians by satisfying one of the “training benchmarks” outlined by DIBP.
At present there are two (2) possible training benchmarks and an employer must meet one (1) of these two benchmarks. Both benchmarks require that the employer also makes a commitment to continue their expenditure required by the benchmark for each financial year that they remain a sponsor.
Training Benchmark A.
Employers pay 2% percent of payroll (incurred in the last 12 months) expenditure to an industry training fund related to the employer’s business.
AUSSKILL partners with DIBP-approved training providers like TAFE to satisfy the Training Benchmark A contribution requirements.
We provide a 10% commission.
Training Benchmark B.
Employers spend 1% percent of payroll (incurred in the last 12 months) on training their Australian citizen or permanent resident employees.
AUSSKILL can aid organisations in meeting the requirements with our next-day response delivery. Our corporate training fully is proven to fully satisfy with DIBP's standards.
We provide a 50% commission.
